  4. Installation
  5. ------------

  7.     Just copy the executable SMSSend to your command path.
  8.     That's all!

  11. Usage
  12. -----

  14.     Open a Shell window and type
  15.  
  16.     smssend <number> <message>
  17.  
  18. where
  19.     number: is the GSM phone number to deliver the message to
  20.     WITH the country prefix, but WITHOUT the "+"
  21.     e.g 30932559317 to send an SMS to number 0932559317 (mine)
  22.     which belongs to the TeleStet network in Greece.

  24.     message: your message. You do not need to surround it with
  25.     double parenthesis (""), it is parsed automatically.
  26.  
  27.     The program will then connect to the MTN SMS server and
  28.     deliver the message. If the message was accepted for
  29.     delivery, you'll be notified, otherwise the program will
  30.     exit.

  32. Bugs
  33. ----
  34.  
  35.     A TCP/IP stack MUST be running before executing SMSSend.
  36.     This is not a bug actually, but a limitation of AmigaOS.
  37.     If SMSSend does not detect an AmiTCP compatible TCP/IP
  38.     stack (Miami, Genesis, AS225, AmiTCP, TermiteTCP) will
  39.     simply exit with an error requester.

  44.     SMSSend is available under AmigaOS (any version with a TCP/IP
  45.     stack running), Linux 2.0.+ and Windows (WIN32).
